30-Day Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required

Free Returns

We provide free return shipping. Contact support@onesies.store to receive your prepaid return label.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Contact us to arrange a size exchange. We will ship the replacement once the return is received.
